I first purchased my holiday property, for my cottage back in October 2020. Not being local to the area, I needed to find a property management company that I could completely reply upon and trust. I was lucky enough to receive a recommendation from a business manager from a holiday cottages booking agent. I therefore contacted Nick and from day 1, I have been blown away with the support he personally and his company have provided. Nick has spent a lot of time developing his team to ensure that all the cleaning staff are aware of the standard I expect for my property and any particular requirements I may have as an owner. Although I am rarely at the property, I feel very happy that at each changeover it is left to an incredibly high standard, with items displayed as I wished them to be. Our booking agent is very thorough at getting guest feedback and I have been delighted with the volume of 5-star reviews for cleanliness I have received. We have been lucky enough to have had very little experience of things going wrong, however when they do, we have found that the whole team go out of their way to ensure that the guests experience is as positive as possible and that as an owner I am kept informed at every step. I would not hesitate to recommend to any prospective client, especially those in the hospitality business.
Nicolas has been providing guest and cleaning services for our holiday rental property since March 2022. He is always, polite, positive and willing go the extra mile for us and our guests. Our home is always immaculate and well presented with beautifully pressed and clean linen, which is all reflected in the 5 star reviews we regularly receive from our guests, particularly regarding the standard of cleaning. On one occasion our internet went down when 8 guests were in our home which could have been a disaster and unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during the guests stay. Nick handled it impeccably. He kept them informed at every stage and in the end acted as ’Google’ to tell the guests the best eateries etc as they had no access to information. As an owner you can’t ask for more than that and as a result the guests left happy too. I would thoroughly recommend Nick and team to anyone seeking cleaning services.
Having only been in the holiday letting business for three years we recently engaged Nick and his team to take over our 4 bed house since January 2024! The best move we made!
