About Me

I come from a background in contact centre management, specialising in sales, customer service, and the NHS. However, I reached a point where I wanted to make a more personal impact, working with clients from start to finish. I felt my previous roles only allowed me to be involved for a brief period. This led me to establish a cleaning company, and though I was a novice at the time, I committed myself to self-learning and studying hard to become an expert in my field.

A decade on, I still love what I do. I value the relationships I’ve built with both my clients and my team. We’ve shared plenty of laughter, and even some tears along the way!
